Thirteen things about Bazel you probably already know if you’ve been following this blog. Then again maybe not.
1. He was second born of Ritzi’s kittens.
2. Ritzi wasn’t particularly interested so I cut the cord. Instant bonding experience to my then future detriment.
3. He was the fluffiest of the kittens.
4. And the softest.
5. And the prettiest except when he makes his grumpy expression then he reminds me of Edloe. Miss that cat.
6. This is his favorite spot on the sofa. which he gets very dirty after being outside and rolling in the dirt which activity I have yet to capture on camera.
7. He only likes to go out after dark when the porch light is turned off, likes it very dark which is why you rarely see pics of him outside.
8. In the house or outside, he darts very fast and wrecks havoc wherever he runs.
9. He runs even faster when wet and he looks absolutely pathetic after being out in the rain.
10. He loves laying on laundry especially the sofa cushion slipcovers when I am trying to put them back on.
11. He defends as his absolute territory the scratching pad when I sprinkle catnip on it.
12. He loves to chew, fabric and coax being favorites.
13. He has been caught peeing in high places.
Someone adopt him now… pleeeeeeeeease!
In other news, the economy is suffering, something which should come as no surprise.
The economy nearly stalled in the fourth quarter with a growth rate of just 0.6 percent, capping its worst year since 2002.
The Commerce Department’s report on the gross domestic product, released Wednesday, showed an economy that had deteriorated considerably during the October-to-December quarter as worsening problems in the housing market and harder-to-get credit made individuals and businesses more cautious in their spending. Fears of a recession have grown, even as inflation remained elevated.
Um, my kid had no trouble getting a car loan. Of course, a good credit rating will do that. As far as being cautious, I am being very. Food, cat food and litter are it for now. Can’t forget the kitties.
Said economist Ken Mayland, president of ClearView Economics: “The economy has been subject to something of the perfect storm here. It has been hit by the housing slump the credit squeeze, the subprime slime and stock price declines on Wall Street. The economy is weathering some pretty stormy seas but it is weak.”
Perfect storms are interesting IMHO although, in this case, undesirable. Might as well enjoy the interesting.
To help bolster the economy, the Federal Reserve was poised Wednesday to again cut interest rates. An afternoon announcement was expected.
No surprise there. But just how low can the Fed go and will it help? And when will we decide we are in a recession? Heck, I’m already in one.
Rudy Guiliani and John Edwards are announcing their plans to quit their run for the Presidency.
Following his third place finish in Florida, former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani is expected to drop out of the presidential race today and endorse Sen. John McCain.
Last night, Giuliani stopped short of announcing he was stepping down, but delivered a valedictory speech that was more farewell than fight-on.
The former mayor finished a distant third to the winner, McCain, and close second-place finisher Mitt Romney. Republican officials said Giuliani would endorse McCain on Wednesday in California. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity in advance of the public announcement.
“I’m proud that we chose to stay positive and to run a campaign of ideas in an era of personal attacks, negative ads and cynical spin,” Giuliani said as supporters with tight smiles crowded behind him. “You don’t always win, but you can always try to do it right, and you did.”
That’s unfortunate, John McCain doesn’t need any more endorsements. Guy’s ahead and not a conservative by a long shot. Well, it’s down to a two man race. McCain vs Romney with Huckabee running as a spoiler to take votes away from Romney. At least that opinion has been voiced, forget by who. I’m rather hoping McCain doesn’t win. McCain-Kennedy and McCain-Feingold being two reasons why.
Democrat John Edwards is exiting the presidential race Wednesday, ending a scrappy underdog bid in which he steered his rivals toward progressive ideals while grappling with family hardship that roused voters’ sympathies, The Associated Press has learned.
The two-time White House candidate notified a close circle of senior advisers that he planned to make the announcement at a 1 p.m. EST event in New Orleans that had been billed as a speech on poverty, according to two aides. The decision came after Edwards lost the four states to hold nominating contests so far to rivals who stole the spotlight from the beginning — Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama.
The former North Carolina senator will not immediately endorse either candidate in what is now a two-person race for the Democratic nomination, said one adviser, who spoke on condition of anonymity in advance of the announcement. Clinton said Wednesday that Edwards called her to inform her about his decision.
Another two man or man and woman race, Obama vs Clinton. It’s getting tighter on both sides. We’ll see after next Tuesday if it stays that way or if there will be a clear-cut winner on either side. This may be an election where voting will be optional as there won’t be a conservative in the offering at least noone that I would want.
As promised, Meowza has tummy to show. Off. Clean white tummy.
“Mmm, scratch right there. It do feel good.”
He’s really enjoying rolling in the dirt (for the second time) and the tummy stays clean. Always. The rest of him however turns a dirtyboy brown.
“Now over here. I do so love rolling in the dirt.”
He looks so cute and vulnerable, well, except for the claws.
Meowza noticed me taking pics. All good things come to an end.
“Hey, why are you looking at me like that?”
Lisa Violet has more tummies to enjoy this fine Tummy Tuesday. Other spiffy catting, tummies not guaranteed: BKCFoC CotC ARK WCB
Some nice mancat shots for this fine morning. Cece, who posed nice for the camera as he invariably does. Cowkitties are photogenic anyway.
“I deserve compensation, say some food.”
Izzy, not so many pics of him as he tends not to be quite so cooperative for the camera. He’d rather be off chasing birds.
“Hey, this should be on my blog.”
Meowza, who was kind enough to take another roll in the dirt after I missed getting pics of the first one. Like that is so hard to get him to do.
“Just wait for Tummy Tuesday.”
I don’t always go out with the camera when they go out but I’ve been fortunate these last few times and was well rewarded for my efforts. Good kittycats. Other cats rarely go out during the day so even fewer pics of them.
Rained all day, it poured soaking us church goers. Went to check to see how much on azcentral.com when I read the news - President Gordon B. Hinckley died.
Gordon B. Hinckley, the longest-serving president of the Mormon church who presided over one of the greatest periods of expansion in its history, died Sunday, a church spokesman said. He was 97.
Hinckley, the 15th president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, died because of complications from age and was surrounded by his family.
“His life was a true testament of service, and he had an abiding love for others,” said U.S. Sen. Orrin Hatch, a Utah Republican and fellow Mormon. “His wit, wisdom, and exemplary leadership will be missed by not only members of our faith, but by people of all faiths throughout the world.”
How I can be so shocked when he was so old, I don’t know. He had so much life in him, didn’t let age stop him. He accomplished much during his tenure, more info here for those interested. Hmm, they failed to mention the church working together with Islamic relief agency after that tsunami. Even got along with Muslims unlike the current Pope who’s comments inflamed the easily inflamed. He’ll be missed. He was beloved by all that knew him or had the privilege of hearing him speak. I did hear him speak on a number of occasions. Beloved.
South Carolina: Obama 55%, Hillary 27% Edwards 18% in his home state. Bet Hillary is frosted.
How sweet it is.
The thought of Hillary vs McCain sickens me, no choice at all.
I really feel that whoever gets elected, this country is headed left. Towards socalism, increased governmental control, less freedom and eventually total destruction. It will happen, well the total destruction part anyway.
Just a matter of time.
Woke up to gloom and doom. Let the kitties in, well Bazel anyway. No sign of the others. No sign of Cece. Maybe strike the doom part. Kitties inside got more cat food, less to share. Life is good.
Now if only I could stay awake, so sleepy. Just want to climb back under the covers. Bed warm.
Good weather for staying in and looking at pics of kittycats. No? Weekend catting:
Iran’s still enriching uranium and some countries are wary of Iran’s intentions. So much so they proposed new sanctions.
Iran said on Saturday it was surprised by proposed new sanctions over its nuclear program and said major powers should have waited for the verdict of a United Nations watchdog in March.
They’re surprised? I’m surprised. Considering it’s the U.N.. But then, these are only proposed sanctions.
The new measures proposed against Tehran call for mandatory travel bans and asset freezes for specific Iranian officials and vigilance on all banks in Iran, according to a draft text.
Oh and Iran has to halt enrichment. Understand they were watered down to meet Russia and China’s demands. Least what’s reported won’t cause a humanitarian crisis. Iran wants more time, natch. Wait for the IAEA report. Everything seems to get done at a snail’s pace over at the U.N. so it really doesn’t make much difference now whether or not they propose sanctions now or later. And I’m betting Iran doesn’t stop enrichment at the behest of the U.N.. They haven’t yet and doubt they’d change.
Since he’s always around here’s a few facts about Cece, some of which I learned only yesterday.
1. He prefers being outside. Wonder if it has to do with all the dogs inside.
2. However, he likes it inside my house just fine.
3. He likes the dog food better than his cat food. One reason he stays out, not sure if being an outdoor kitty is totally his choice.
4. However, he likes my kitties cat food just fine. The way he chows down, one would think he never gets fed.
5. He really likes their canned kitty food. One time he ate it, other kitties gave him wide berth and he ate it all. They lost out to that chow hound.
6. Feeding time at his house is 6AM and 6PM.
7. Other neighborhood cats eat his food too. Maybe that’s why he’s always hungry.
8. He knows my car and runs to the front door when he see it pull into my driveway.
9. Other times, like when I am at home, car in driveway, he hangs by the front door and meows, darting in as soon as I open it.
10. He’s friends with my kitties who don’t give him any grief when he comes in. They do that nose to nose greeting bit they do with each other.
11. He is a very photogenic cow-kitty.
12. I am a sucker for cow-kitties and tuxies and he knows it.
13. I am doomed.
And yes, now that I’ve finished the list I should wait for Thursday to post this. But I won’t. I love that pic.
Other fine cats this weekend:
This hit home - Clinton dozing off during a speech, Ellison too. I can so relate to the snoozing as I too fall asleep, usually when I sit. It takes great effort for me to stay awake during boring speeches or anytime else now.
At least I don’t snore when sitting as I snore when laying on my back and I’ve only fallen over when on the can. Not in church.
I knew I had a problem with my MS when I couldn’t stay awake one night at work. Mind you everyone else was asleep, was that kind of night, but it was unusual for me no matter how boring it got.
Now, even reading juicy novels puts me to sleep. I have to get up frequently to wake myself up.
I was amazed that I could stay awake yesterday watching that movie. It was sufficiently engaging I guess. Slashing throats and spurting blood does tend to keep one on the edge of one’s seat now. That’s one embarrassment I didn’t have to face.
Jill took me to the movies as a belated Christmas present as Christmas itself was marred by the car accident taking front and center. I hadn’t read that much about the movie, Sweeny Todd, beforehand so as not to spoil the plot but if spoilers are wanted, this review has quite a few. Although even without spoilers I could figure most things out. He did leave out some surprises which I will not mention. The humor is dark, the performances perfect. Oh and Johnny Depp can sing. The movie is somewhat, ok very, grisly and not for the squeamish. It is a Tim Burton film.
I will, however, never look at a meat pie the same again. They are the soylent green of the story. Reminds me just the other day I was dining with friends and the topic of the day was bugs, big nasty bugs in food even. Ewww, gross. Movie has those too. Trust me. It’s a very gory, disturbing film. I need something cheerful after that. Think I’ll go look at kittycats. Cheerful like this.

Inspired by misplacing my cell this afternoon, I thought to do the Thursday Thirteen reasons why a land line ie non-cell phone is a good thing.
1. An advantage to keeping one’s land line as opposed to going strictly with a cell phone is that if one misplaces the cell, one can dial it and follow the sound to locate said cell phone.
2. And when the cell phone batteries die, one still has a functioning phone.
3. If the phone is low-tech, it will still work when the electricity goes out. Rare for both to go out. At the same time unless one has upgraded to digital service.
4. The bill is a lot smaller, a lot.
5. Unlimited calling irregardless of carrier.
6. If you don’t go out much, you can take most calls on the land line.
7. Land lines don’t cause auto accidents by distracting the driver.
8. The phones are more substantial with keys you can actually press the right ones.
9. Temptation to play with the phone is reduced as it can’t access the internet, play tunes, show pictures and movies, display maps, check email, IM people, play games, watch You Tube vids. It is just a phone.
10. Voice mail can be your option to do at home via properly equipped phone or via carrier which tends to result in getting said voice mail days later or not at all.
11. They are cheaper, in some cases hundreds of dollars cheaper than the latest, spiffiest phone .
12. They come in more styles and colors than cell phones.
13. Last, it is much harder to lose a big, bulky phone especially if it’s attached to the wall or has a cord.
They put it together in record time. I’m impressed… well not really.
The White House and the Democratic-led Congress on Thursday reached a tentative deal on an economic stimulus package of tax rebates for families and incentives for business investment with a cost that a top Democrat said may exceed $150 billion.
Aimed at warding off a recession in the world’s largest economy, the deal provides for tax rebates of up to $600 for individuals and $1,200 for married couples along with tax breaks for business investment.
Thar $600 is going to go really far… not! Furthermore, little detail they point out:
The size of the package is equivalent to around 1 percent of U.S. gross domestic product.
And how are they going to pay for it? My guess taxes on us. Or do they figure the economy is suddenly going to boom thus generating the needed taxes without raising ours?
I don’t think the economy is going to boom. My pessimism runs deep.
Update: The latest details.
Individuals who pay income taxes would get up to $600, working couples $1,200 and those with children an additional $300 per child under the agreement. Workers who make at least $3,000 but don’t pay taxes would get $300 rebates.
The first rebate payments could begin going out in May, and most people could have them by July, said Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, noting that the IRS will already be overwhelmed processing 2007 tax returns. The rebates were expected to cost about $100 billion, and the package also includes close to $50 billion in business tax cuts.
Sweet, I’ll expect mine in August. Maybe. And they are rescuing the subprime housing disaster too.
Allow more subprime mortgage holders to refinance into federally insured loans by raising the limit on Federal Housing Administration loans from $362,000 to as high as $729,750 in expensive areas. Increase the availability of mortgages by providing a one-year boost to the cap on loans that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac can buy, from $417,000 up to $729,750 in high-cost markets.
My question if they are having problems with subprime market now, how is loaning people even more money so they can buy more expensive houses going to help? Defaulting on even bigger mortgages is just going to stick taxpayers with the bill.
Oh there is a catch to all this money goodness coming our way, permanent tax cuts are out. See, I knew they’d get us in taxes sooner or later. So is the tradeoff it worth it? I don’t think so.
Yesterday did the 10.4.11 combo update, the security update, the quicktime update and the iTunes update to get rid of the software updates notice I keep getting on the iMac. Hesitant to do the 10.5.1 update as I lost my history and Saft settings when I did that on the MacBook and I have files to read, lots. All updates went flawlessly. As expected.
Incidentally, Leopard runs beautifully on the MacBook. I especially like Coverflow and the ability to actually see what the file is not just see the file type. Helps in sorting stuff and I do have a lot of stuff.
Around the corner, heading away from my house, walking along in his characteristic limp, was one Cece. I spotted him before rounding the corner and pulling in to my driveway. By the time I got to the front door, cat was there.
Man, that cat can move when he wants to. His dart is as fast as Bazel’s too.
And he’s invariably at the door waiting for me to open it so he can dart in. I’ve escorted him out by the pick up and carry out method on enough occasions cat should get the hint.
I think I know why he spends all his time outdoors, cause he meows constantly and loud. He’s even worse than Keefe who sets up meowing every time I go in the kitchen. Only Cece meows whenever he sees me.
I can’t even get rid of the cats that don’t live here. I am doomed.
I was going to post on this earlier but was otherwise preoccupied.
RAFAH, Gaza Strip (Reuters) - Tens of thousands of Palestinians poured into Egypt from the Gaza Strip on Wednesday through a border wall blown up by militants and stocked up on food and fuel in short supply due to an Israeli blockade.
“Those people are hungry for freedom, for food and for everything,” said an Egyptian shopkeeper who gave her name only as Hamida, as she surveyed shelves that had been emptied swiftly by Gazans paying with Egyptian pounds and Israeli shekels.
Then I noted the WND version was a bit different.
TEL AVIV – Egyptian security forces did not interfere as massive quantities of weapons were transported across the Egyptian border into the Gaza Strip when masked gunmen today blew dozens of holes in the wall delineating the frontier, according to Palestinian militant sources at the scene speaking to WND.
“Very good things came in (to Gaza),” said a senior leader of the Popular Resistance Committees, a Gaza-based, Hamas-allied terrorist group. The leader spoke on condition his name be withheld
“Egyptian security men at the border were very passive – they wanted this to happen; they didn’t prevent anything from coming in or going out,” said the terrorist, who was speaking from the Gaza side of the border.
Nowhere in the Reuters article does it mention the weapons entering Gaza. Makes it sound like the Palis were only seeking food and stuff like that. Nothing about arming terrorists. Oh, and who blew the holes in the fence in the first place?
Hamas did not take direct responsibility for the blasts, but Hamas sources speaking to WND said their group, together with the Popular Resistance Committees, coordinated the assault.
Who else but Hamas. Just facilitating weapons transfer is all. And of course the MSM blame Israel for the Palis plight, not Hamas where it belongs. I can imagine what will come next.
Checked this morning and the market is still down. Dow sat at 11766.50, down some -204.69 points. And why is it so down?
Apple’s shares fell more than 11 percent before the opening bell after it forecast a quarterly profit below analysts’ expectations and posted disappointing holiday-season iPod shipments late on Tuesday.
Analysts said the Apple guidance and lingering worries about the credit crisis were adding to investor unease, a day after the Federal Reserve slashed rates by 75 basis points in an emergency move to forestall a recession.
…Apple shares fell to $137.89 before the bell, with other major technology companies, including Google Inc (GOOG.O) and Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O), falling in Apple’s wake.
It amazes me how one company can have such influence. Outside the tech sphere. Incidentally, Apple sold a lot of iPods, just they were expected to sell more. And profits from said iPods were up substantially, 17 percent. Bet the Zune didn’t do that well.
In today’s economy it makes sense that Apple would be conservative in it’s projections despite just having it’s best ever quarter. That’s a hard act to follow just as the iPhone was although the iPod touch has become almost as good in it’s software offerings. Better even as it’s use isn’t tied to AT&T. That’s got to be good.
Why does this interest me? I like my Apple stuff and I also like the thought of having a retirement income in a few years. So I pay attention to the market.
Even more good news, Microsoft is now going to allow home versions of Vista to be run inside virtual machines like Parallels. We no longer have to shell out for Vista Ultimate as I did way back when I got that MacBook.
Good for us Mac users that really want to run Windows without rebooting. There is always Boot Camp if one prefers one’s Windows that way.
The economic news isn’t all bad. Apple reported it had the best quarter ever these last three months.
“We’re thrilled to report our best quarter ever, with the highest revenue and earnings in Apple’s history,” said Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO.
Lots of computers (2,319,000), iPods (22,121,000) and iPhones (2,315,000) sold. Even thou sales elsewhere disappointed, Apple products were in demand. Bet that made Steve’s holidays happy.
And Jill’s bf still doesn’t have an iPod. He wants one bad too. There’s still a market for those things. An iPod touch is looking more appealing too with the added apps. *sigh*
I was out with friends and hadn’t heard but they had and they talked about it. It being stocks tumbled down, below 12,000 even. Opened down 450 points per FoxNews. Bear market territory. But Yahoo quoted a more modest downturn.
The Dow Jones industrial average (.DJI) was down 185.91 points, or 1.54 percent, at 11,913.39.
Now up some from there, still not good, according to the quotes I get on My Yahoo!. What I had a chance to read before going out was what Bernanke did.
The Federal Reserve on Tuesday slashed benchmark U.S. interest rates by a hefty three-quarters of a percentage point in an emergency bid to lend support to a U.S. economy some fear is on the verge of recession.
On the verge? Try in. Hopefully, the rate cut will trickle down to us consumers as opposed to banks just making higher profits. Banks never cut the rates on credit cards, always raise those and cut the interest they give you on your savings. At least that’s been my experience. The rates and how they apply according to CNN.
The central bank opted to cut the fed funds rate, a key overnight bank lending rate that affects all kinds of consumer loans, by three-quarters of a percentage point, or 75 basis points, to 3.50 percent. There are 100 basis points in one percentage point.
The central bank also cut the discount rate, which affects bank loans, by 75 basis points to 4 percent.
I’m interested in what it will do for me both in interest rates and the market. We’ll see if that improves things in the long term. As for me and my economy, I’ll stick to just the necessities. It tanked some time ago.
Well, I do have a kittycat pic, it’s Cece, just happened to be a nice pic is all. Fluffy cat with fluffy tail. Sides which cat hasn’t come in today. Bazel is out and Meowza and Jezi are laying in a pile of clean laundry. Funny how they seem to like to do that.
And I just finished watching this kindof weird show surrounded by Izzy and Keefe, who tried to mooch off me while I was eating dinner. Not sure I like the show yet probably cause it feels like I came in on the third act (is third episode) and am totally lost. Oh well. Definitely don’t like Keefe’s face in my food. He has his own food. Bad kittycat.
Quiet here on Wall Street but last weeks dive in the stock market had a ripple effect. Probably cause other countries economies depend on our buying their stuff. Imagine what the stores would look like without stuff from China. The shelves would be bare at Toys R Us. The gory details:
U.S. markets were closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, but the downbeat mood from last week’s market declines there circled through Europe, Asia and the Americas. Britain’s benchmark FTSE-100 slumped 5.5 percent to 5,578.20, France’s CAC-40 Index tumbled 6.8 percent to 4,744.15, and Germany’s blue-chip DAX 30 plunged 7.2 percent to 6,790.19.
In Asia, India’s benchmark stock index tumbled 7.4 percent, while Hong Kong’s blue-chip Hang Seng index plummeted 5.5 percent to 23,818.86, its biggest percentage drop since the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.
Canadian stocks fell as well, with the S&P/TSX composite index on the Toronto Stock Exchange down 4 percent in early afternoon trading. In Brazil, stocks plunged 6.9 percent on the main index of Sao Paulo’s Bovespa exchange.
…Japan’s benchmark Nikkei 225 index slid 3.9 percent to close at 13,325.94 points, its lowest close in more than two years. China’s Shanghai Composite index plunged 5.1 percent, partly on worries about mainland Chinese banks’ exposure to risky U.S. mortgage investments.
They don’t trust Bush’s economic stimulus package to drag us out of recession. Even if it got passed in the next few months, anything involving say tax credits will take the better part of a year to get to the people that might benefit. By then, it may be too late.
Will be interesting to see what unfolds and if Bernanke can reverse the slide. Although it might be a temporary downturn and reverse itself if people take advantage of lower stock prices to invest. That does happen. Certainly foreign companies and governments have money to invest provided they stay out of the subprime mortgage market here.
There is a worst case scenario but I won’t expound on it. Suffice it to say that the Fed caused the Great Depression. If memory serves me right, Bernanke apologized for that one. Not that that changed anything. The Fed appears to be all powerful or maybe that honor should be reserved for the IMF.
Title graphic thanks to Kashim and Othello.
This week’s kittyfest is hosted by me, Meowza, and features tummies. And some adorable kittycats.
Not you, Cece, these kitties. Note photos change when you hit reload. I’m pretty much a dummy with this Flickr stuff. Kashim and Othello are the experts.

They’re hilarious, Beauty Tips From Lolcats, all together in one biiiiig beautyfest. Is there anything so beautiful as a cat?
She’s one very contented looking cat. Little Miss Spoiled claims the whole bed. Smart kittycat.
Parker shows off his Tummy and Toesies Al Fresco! Looks yummylicious and nabbed for desktop wallpaper here.
It’s Friday Cat Blogging time and the look on Abby’s face is priceless.
OK, time for some right proper tummy. Mine.
“Now this is what I mean Cece. Tummy mine.”
This, natch, is a lead in to Miss Caitie who looks quite proper herself. OK, so my tummy pose isn’t that proper.
Looking adorable together and separately, Mo and Jasmine. Thank Goodness it’s Feline Friday. Right? Or we wouldn’t have all these cute kitty pics. IMHO, Mo’s something of a saint for putting up with the small human.
Can’t say cats are immune to the world of politics cause these are proof positive there are Political Cats.
Seeing as it’s Sunday, must have Lectionary Readings for the Second Sunday After Epiphany. Please send your prayers and best wishes to Dorothy for her complete recovery.
Somebody is getting ready for a move, Luna’s getting packed, looks like fun playing in the boxes. Well, except for the confusing part. Luna must wonder why her home is being sucked into all those boxes.
“Playing in the dirt is such fun.”
Yeah, that’s me tummy again. We cats are irresistible. It’s a good thing cats are not small dogs otherwise there’d be none here at Mog’s. They aren’t so irresistible. Aw comeon, they bark, drool and smell. We don’t.
Bonnie doesn’t like “stinky goodness”… but Victor does! And we do too.
Samantha & Tigger’s Tummy Poses for BKCFOC #28 Here we are tummy poses and all! And mighty fine tummies they are.
Two very regal kittycats won an Award. And well deserved it was.
Gypsy naps on a Sunday morning all tuckered out cause someone kept her up late. Hey, we kitties like to stay up all night and nap all day.
“What! Mog thinks I look like a beached baby seal!”
Had to have a tummy pose to balance the sadness of losing a kittycat. Purrayers and purrs to the departed. Um, what’s so weird about hiding one’s nip ravioli?
Izzy thinks he should get some face time here or is it butt time, heh.
Of course no festival is complete without a little photoessay of yours truly who Mog is quite partial to I might say with some glee.
Ok, this is the bad kitty cats festival so I present the baddest kitty cat around these parts. Well, the hungriest for sure.
More kitties as they submit. Or email festivalchaos (at) gmail (dot) com, your choice.
