Putting It In Perspective

Scotland wasn’t so lucky, they got hit with a terrorist attack, one car in flames, and now the U.K. is under heightened alert. With the Fourth coming up, the U.S. will probably be more vigilant too.

However here, the danger is the fact that it is forecast to be 117˚ out at least according to the Widget I have. I’m going to die. My legs are like rubber now and I’ll have to go out in that heat too.

Maybe I should take in a movie, that new Die Hard one. After seeing that it will take a lot to faze me. More than one burning car for sure.

It’s amazing how worked up people get over car bombs when they aren’t in Israel. There, they have to deal with it on an almost daily basis. And do quite successfully. Country’s still there despite the Arabs attempts to anniliate it.

Caturday

The right proper way to enjoy a lazy afternoon according to Bazel.

Bazel
“Lay in the sun but not in the heat.”

Thermostat is set at 72˚ cause the heat and MS don’t mix very well. So, it’s comfy for the cats to lay there.

Bazel
“Should I stifle it?”

Another fine yawn caught on camera.

Bazel
*yawn*

Even got a nice mouth half-open shot.

Bazel
“Does a kittycat good.”

And is contagious, see one yawning enough to make me yawn.

Bazel
“Must see what Keefe and Meowza are up to.”

No good probably.

Yesterday was Friday Ark day. And Sunday is Carnival of the Cats day. And I have no clue where it will be. Lair’s keeping us all in suspense.

Ouch!

This brings back memories of all those ball games I was in or watched where I was the recipient of the ball in the face. Always broke my glasses too.

I don’t go to ball games for a reason.

Hope Mal’s hand heals quickly.
