Not a good idea but as it’s been unbearably hot, the AC can’t keep up. I have a date with the AC man to get the unit replaced next week but in the meantime I am blogging on the laptop on the dining room table and I’m surrounded. Krissie has left hopefully to not stuff up the works with her flyaway fur. I brushed her earlier but she sheds continuously. Jezi just jumped off and Klarissa and Bazel remain.

Bazel just leaped off, probably bored as I was not petting him. Now to check why my site has been down frequently lately. Ah, Dreamhost has been the victim of some really big Denial of Service attacks. Wonder who is behind those? I can hazard a guess.

Managed to get that done now that Meowza has decided to do his “I’m so cute, love me” routine then butting up against the laptop when I didn’t. And to make matters worse, he tried to use the cell phone as a cat toy which I promptly took away.

I think they all got a bit upset at being ignored and left. Ah peace. It won’t last.

Meowza just came back. I give up.

Several hours later, looks like site is back for now so if I’m not there you know why. Just wait a few hours or days and I’ll be back. I don’t expect it to get better what with the WoT taking to the internet.
