And so, you bet, it’s going to cost money. But I’m confident we can handle it and I’m confident we can handle our other priorities. It’s going to mean that we’re going to have to make sure we cut unnecessary spending.

Now if Congress got together and removed the pork from all those bills, the government might have enough to cover that disaster.
