T.H.E. Class

It was back to school for me today. Well, a class anyway. I’m back from the first day which went very well - translation, among other stuff, I aced one test, still have another to take. And I still remembered how to do stuff. Memory is not toast. Book is thicker too, three times as thick as the old book. Ok, it’s been a very long time since I took the course. Expect the next test to be harder so may just spend the rest of the day studying as opposed to blogging.

I was quite happy my MS didn’t act up too much, just some ataxia. Credit fervent prayer and really cold rooms for that. Actually, I was more worried about that than anything. But so far, doing ok. I just may make it ok. Kindof nice to not be thinking Avonex, Betaseron, Copaxone when doing my ABC’s.

W And The Tax Burden

167 deleted and all of them druggies, must be Democrats ha. No Rush from those drugs, just one fast delete. And from one of the deleted comments by the Tramadol spammer, this quote.

“You’ve heard Al Gore say he invented the Internet. Well, if he was so smart, why do all the addresses begin with ‘W’?”

Bet that was Bush’s fault too. And that brings me to the point, today is the very last Wictory Wednesday where we can volunteer and/or donate to the Bush campaign. In case you had any doubts, this quote of Kerry’s in the N.Y.Times.

The candidates’ fitness to be commander in chief erupted again even as Kerry headed to Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to tell voters he could produce better, higher-paying jobs from the White House than President Bush has and improve the lives of the middle class.

“The truth, which is what elections are all about, is that the tax burden of the middle class has gone up while the tax burden of the middle class has gone down,” he said.

Well, my tax burden went down, and my income went up. I know that was Bush’s fault and that’s just the way I like it. (more…)
