Had a lovely chat via the old fashioned route, the telephone, with Sweet n Sassy. She was most helpful especially since she has been there in more ways than one. Since all this MS stuff is still a bit new to me, I am still learning and dealing with the frustrations. What is due to the disease, what is due to the medication, which is which is something I have to learn to sort out.

I do know what I have ignored for too long. Yes, some symptoms I’ve had for some years but, as they weren’t that bad, I ignored them. Not any more. It’s bad enough to pay attention to now.

Considering we chatted for a while, we didn’t even discuss this very promising drug. Must ask my doc as I am on Lipitor already and the ABCR drugs have contraindications for me, well all but the Copaxone. Maybe all I need is a higher dose. Or maybe I will get both when I see him again and all the reports are in and everything else is ruled out so it must be MS so might be a good idea to treat it especially since it is causing some problems here. Yep, good idea.
