No wonder the list is on vacation. Quoting:

Lot of WordPress blogs to crawl, making for a very long page. No way will I make my blogroll that long.

Yes, according to Laughing Lizard, it got too big and he “will be trimming it soon, adding features and such…updating the data on the list.”
